The new store, located in a converted pub previously the Earl of Arundel - aims to offer customers a whole new cycling experience. Store Manager, Andy Liversidge said "we are thrilled about the Giant Store Sheffield; we believe it offers our customers both existing and new a completely different appeal and retail environment."

Covering two floors, the store has much to explore including dedicated mountain and road rooms. The road room features Power Fit Giant's professional bike fitting system powered by Watt Bike that not only measures your riding position but also helps you maximise your power output and pedalling technique.

Taiwanese owned Giant is the largest manufacturer of bicycles in the world and this latest edition to the brand store family features products from leading cycling brands such as Santini, Endura and Shimano. Andy Liversage continued "the store sets a standard in cycle retailing, we have a huge selection of bikes and rider gear to stock up on your cycling must haves as well as fully equipped workshop."

The store located on 528 Queens Road situated close to Bramall Lane offers a great selection of the Giant range including many new 2014 models. The store also features a Liv/giant area featuring an array of women's specific bicycles with a considerable commitment to gear and clothing.

Collette Clensy, Marketing Manager, said "we're delighted to be rolling out Liv/giant areas in our new brand stores, Liv/giant is devoted to female cycling and offer consumers a complete and dedicated shopping experience."

The Giant Store Sheffield, open seven days a week, offers a professional and approachable retail environment. Ian Beasant, Managing Director of Giant UK commented "Giant brand stores are all about consumers having great riding experiences and that first experience starts in the store - the Giant Store offers something for all whatever the discipline" Beasant continued "this store is centrally located in what is now becoming Sheffield's cycling quarter."
